1.What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including UPI Payments, Cash on Delivery (COD), credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and PayPal. Please note that Cash on Delivery is not available for custom orders.

2.What is the Exchange Policy?

You may request a size exchange within 4 days of receiving your order. Please note that exchanges are not available for custom orders.

3.What is your Return Policy? 

You may return your product within 4 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued as store credit within 7-10 business days. This store credit can be redeemed within 6 months from the date of your last return. Please note that we do not offer refunds on custom orders, and returns are not accepted for the heavy luxe collections.

4.Do you offer immediate deliveries?

We can expedite the customization of a product if you require it urgently. Please contact us on WhatsApp for assistance.

5.Do you ship internationally?

6.Can the product be returned if it is damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, please provide a video of the parcel opening. This will allow us to proceed with the return process.

7.What should I do if my garment does not fit?

If the product does not fit, you may request a size exchange within 4 days of receiving your order.
